Contraindications Tramacet Mexico tablets

Before using Tramacet 37.5 mg tabs, familiarize yourself in detail with all possible contraindications:

- hypersensitivity to active or auxiliary components of the medicament;

- conditions accompanied by respiratory depression or severe depression of the central nervous system (including acute intoxication with alcohol or drugs, hypnotics, narcotic analgesics and psychotropic drugs);

- simultaneous administration of MAO inhibitors (and within 2 weeks after their cancellation);

- severe hepatic and / or renal failure (creatinine clearance less than 10 ml / min);

- epilepsy, uncontrolled by therapy;

- drug withdrawal symptoms;

- children up to age 14;

- pregnancy, lactation.

The drug Tramacet is prescribed with caution for the following diseases and conditions:

- traumatic brain injury, intracranial hypertension;

- a tendency to convulsive syndrome (in patients with therapeutically controlled epilepsy, the drug can only be used for health reasons);

- shock, confusion of consciousness of unknown etiology, impaired respiratory function;

- with the simultaneous use of psychotropic and other pain relievers of central action, local anesthesia;

- before general anesthesia;

- diseases of the biliary tract; benign hyperbilirubinemia, viral hepatitis, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency;

- alcoholic liver damage, alcoholism, drug addiction;

- hepatic and renal (creatinine clearance less than 10-30 ml / min) failure of moderate severity;

- against the background of pain in the abdominal cavity of unknown origin ("acute abdomen");

- elderly patients (over 75 years old).
